An immersive online masterclass combining illustrated teaching with guided reflection, symbolic practice, and embodied exploration. The session moves between historical and mythological context, Jungian and archetypal interpretation, guided reflection, symbolic and embodied exercises, and discussion throughout. Its Jungian themes — Shadow, projection, boundaries, voice, transformation, psychic protection, embodiment and individuation — are not confined to gender, and this masterclass is offered as an inclusive programme, suitable for all participants.

CENTRAL QUESTION

“What happens when we stop looking at Medusa as the monster — andbegin to ask what she is guarding?”
Participants are not simply given information about Medusa. Throughout the masterclass, carefully facilitated reflection and symbolic or embodied practice — guided reflection, breath and body awareness, symbolic mirror work, journalling and brief ritual integration — invite each participant into their own relationship with Shadow, gaze, boundaries, voice, anger, embodiment and the guardian archetype. These practices are reflective, symbolic and educational in nature, offered within an archetypal and Jungian framework; they are not presented as clinical or medical treatment.
